Module 2 of the MCI Agile Project Management Course enables organisations and individuals to get Agile projects on track early, reduce project risk, and build a foundation for the delivery of their products.

Pre-requisites: Participants will need a basic understanding of Project Management, and we do recommend attending our Project Management series, however this is not a requirement.

  • Facilitated discussion of the Agilometer and its application
  • Practical development of scope for the agile project
  • Interactive development of the business case for an agile project
  • Hands on engagement in managing agile project initiation
