The challenge

Cerebral Palsy Alliance needs to further support and upskill their leaders in a way that is ‘just in time’ and individualised to their own development areas.

Due to the recent challenges of Covid 19, being a more hybrid workplace and a balancing many competing priorities, there was a gap to provide short, sharp learning opportunities which can be incorporated into a normal working day.

The solution

The MCI Live Virtual Classroom Subscription has filled this gap by offering an ‘on demand’ suite of 90 min sessions of leadership and IT based topics to sign up for.

The results

Empowering the managers and emerging managers to take control of their professional development has been fantastic. They can register what they want to attend, at a time that suits them, based on their current development need.

From an analytical perspective, reviewing the data (what managers are registering for and the feedback from the sessions attended) has been instrumental to enable Cerebral Palsy Alliance to better understand what their managers are needing and to share these trends at an organisational level.
