Module 5 of the MCI Agile Project Management Course enables organizations and individuals to actively monitor and control Agile projects in order to reduce risks and deliver value to customers.

Pre-requisites: Participants will need a basic understanding of Project Management, and we do recommend attending our Project Management series, however this is not a requirement.

Course Content

The module’s delivery builds energy, participation and most importantly learning by actively involving participants in the learning process. The module targets key team stakeholders and includes:

  • Understanding the fundamentals of stand-up meetings
  • Utilizing tips and best practices as the team manager
  • Planning and managing the sprint review
  • Facilitating retrospectives using Mad,Glad,Sad and 4’Ls model
