Agile Project Management – Module 1: Introduction
Agile project management originated in the early 2000s as a response to shortcomings in traditional methods, with agile approaches emphasising flexibility, collaboration, and iterative progress. Over time, Agile has expanded beyond software development, becoming a widely adopted approach for managing projects with evolving requirements.
Module 1 of the MCI Agile Project Management course enables organisations and individuals to gain a basic understanding of Agile approaches, and the behaviours, concepts, and techniques required to support them.
