Dr Denise Meyerson
Dr. Denise Meyerson is the founder of MCI and has 30 years’ experience in vocational education. In that time, she has developed deep expertise in the design and delivery of a range of qualification programs to major corporates and to job seekers via in-person learning methodologies as well as innovative digital learning experiences. Over 35,000 students have achieved qualifications through MCI which have enabled them to complete traineeships, gain employment or contribute towards improved organisational productivity.
Under Denise’s leadership, MCI has been awarded more than 29 accolades from the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Training and Development. Last year, MCI featured as the only training provider on the Australian Financial Review list of Australia’s Most Innovative Companies, making MCI Australia’s Most Innovative Training Company.
Denise holds a PhD in English as well as vocational qualifications in training and development and leadership. She is one of four master trainers globally of the powerful LEGO Serious Play methodology and introduced the process to Australian organisations such as Microsoft and Coca Cola. Denise is also the author of 3 books on strategic play to enable hands-on, mindson connections to embed learning.
Denise sits on the Training Services NSW Reference Group for Smart and Skilled delivery to contribute towards the effective deployment of the scheme.
