Our virtual sessions are 90 minutes in duration and the facilitator-led, making them highly interactive to encourage questions and discussion. This is a key difference to self-paced online course libraries because it enables the group to address individual questions and any challenges the learners may be facing. This is all done in real time.

To embed the learning – each participant receives a PDF Learner Guide to take notes during the live session and to keep as a quick reference guide.

This course focuses on training the virtual trainer to confidently deliver valuable virtual classroom training, which ensures that audiences are engaged and inspired to embed the key learnings. It is delivered over 3 x 90-minute facilitator led Virtual Classroom sessions. This highly interactive course provides trainers with the skills, tools and techniques to gain powerful strategies on the mechanics of virtual learning and confidently deliver highly engaging sessions to audiences to ensure maximum motivation to turn talk into action at work.

1. Managing Virtual Teams - Harness the strength of your team

Engaging remotely with teams has become the new normal. Leaders are required to hold virtual meetings and manage teams remotely in a way that keeps team members engaged and provides psychological safety and inclusion. This virtual classroom series has been created to address these imminent needs for all leaders of remote teams.
Interactive surveys, exercises and scenarios will be incorporated throughout the sessions to enable positive feedback and to identify areas of strength and those in need of development. We commit to continuous practice with and feedback from MCI’s experienced facilitators.

2. Leader of the Blended Workplace

As we move into a new way of working, teams could be split between employees in the physical workplace and those working from home.  Team leaders and managers will need to adopt a set of micro skills to ensure that their teams remain productive, engaged and part of a positive culture.  Leaders will also be expected to maintain high levels of performance with a team that responds in an agile way to changes in business circumstances.

This virtual classroom series has been created to address the need for teams working remotely to more effectively communicate and collaborate using the technology available to them.
Bringing the teams together in a virtual setting will enable leaders and their team members to develop and adopt a consistent approach to interacting with each other remotely.
