How we give back
At MCI Solutions we are passionate about training and how having motivated and engaged staff can have a great impact on the success of a business. We appreciate the benefits that education has brought into our lives and our company. To give back to others less fortunate than ourselves we are involved in a number of community minded activities and charities.

Charities we support
In 2016 MCI held a trivia night for the Biggest Morning Tea, (upside down we know) but teams across departments came together to raise funds and compete for the trophy! Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea is an opportunity for friends, family or workmates to come together and help those affected by cancer.
In 2015 at MCI we held an all office pink day to raise awareness and much needed fundraising for breast cancer awareness. Cancer Council’s Pink Ribbon Day helps raises funds in support of the many thousands of Australian women affected by breast and gynaecological cancers.
A community run, non-denominational, industrial kitchen where meals are prepared for distribution to needy people across Sydney. At OBK they offer a place for people to come together and cook for a good cause.
Every year, the MCI Solutions team help them prepare hundreds of meals that are distributed for those in need to many shelters across NSW.
JCA is the communal hub of the NSW and ACT Jewish communities, connecting the needs of members with the services member organisations provide.
Consisting of a professional office, many passionate and dedicated volunteers and a whole community of supporters, JCA engages in planning, fundraising and facilitation to secure our local community’s vibrant future.
Magen David Adom saves lives every day by providing Israel’s emergency medical response and ambulance services, managing the national blood bank and providing international disaster aid.
The vast majority of the medics and paramedics are dedicated and selfless volunteers, who rely on worldwide supporters to continue their life saving work.
Run by Cerebral Palsy Alliance, the Steptember charity event challenges people to take 10,000 steps a day for 28 days straight in, yes you guessed it, the month of September.
Unlike many other charity challenges, Steptember is done in your own time. Just take 10,000 steps a day whenever you like, wherever you like, and log your steps online. And keeping track of those steps is just as easy with the fantastic new pedometer you’ll get just for signing up.
