TP3 is pleased to feature three programs across three essential skills to present, influence, and negotiate.

Built upon TP3’s recently enhanced adult learning philosophy, the courses change the participant experience by discussing and activating personal accountability and motivation to change while imparting knowledge, tools and techniques to improve their presentations, persuasive power, and negotiation outcomes.

An added benefit for participants is the additional integrated resources that make the most of their investment in learning. Before they attend the course component, participants access an online multimedia Starter Kit to establish their learning mindset and ensure they come to the course ready to learn. Afterwards, the Embed the Learning Kit supports participants as they make good their commitments in the workplace, supported by useful tools and templates from their course workbooks.
