MCI has been delivering LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions for the past 9 years and is the most experienced organisation in Australia in the use and application of the methodology. We have traveled the globe to design and facilitate workshops, conferences, strategy sessions and team building events. 

No other provider has credentials that include facilitating diversity sessions at Microsoft in the USA, holding open classes in the UK for coaches, delivering HR conference sessions in Singapore and creating and facilitating organisational change workshops in Hong Kong.

Dr. Denise Meyerson, who leads the MCI LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® team, was one of the 4 original master trainers appointed by the LEGO® Group in 2011.  Denise continued to innovate and push the methodology into new areas such as executive coaching, business modelling and conflict management. Denise has written two books including her latest edition “What the duck” that covers new and exciting ways in which the use of the methodology benefits teams and organisations to improve their level of engagement and overall performance.

Training in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is suitable for facilitators, trainers, educators, HR professionals, project managers, and strategists – all of whom can be trained as Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitators to implement the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® process in their work.

Additionally, researchers, IT professionals, executive/life coach, or leaders in your organisations can contribute enormous benefits with a certification as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator – a strong addition to an individual’s toolkit of techniques.

For those who want access to the full potential of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® process, the three-day Full Certification Program prepare you to effortlessly target, promote, build and lead Serious Play® programs in a variety of unique ways to suit any organisational facilitation need. There is also emphasis placed on marketing the Serious Play process both within organisations as well as to potential client organisations. Use this powerful methodology as a transformational tool to generate changes in behaviour and in team culture.

Day 1: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Foundation program

Use the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology in short applications or sessions such as induction, ice-breakers, recruitment interviews, brainstorms, meetings, project planning discussions, and marketing or branding sessions.

Day 2: LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Foundation & Special Application program

In addition to the initial  foundation program, attendance at the second day will provide you with the development of the specific way in which you would like to integrate LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology into your existing sessions. The second day will also provide you with practice and feedback on facilitating the process in your own context.

Day 3: full LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certification program

This program will provide you with the advanced skills that you need to design, run, and market full day or longer intensive LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® sessions. Examples of this include strategic planning sessions, team-building, innovation forums and project planning.

Yes, we help you determine who should be trained and whether a nationally recognised certificate or a non-accredited executive skills would be a suitable choice. We can also measure changes in performance via one of the embedding apps that your participants could have access to post-training. Learning is all about measuring change – simply choose which measurement mechanism is appropriate for your needs.

We provide you with the option of our public schedule program in Sydney for certain popular courses. Alternatively, provide some small group coaching for your team so that they receive more individualised attention from our coaches and trainers.
